Acceptable Use Policy

Aeterna Legacy is a sanctuary for family memory. This Acceptable Use Policy sets the boundaries required to keep the platform safe, private, and dignified for every family who trusts us.

1. Permitted Use

Your vault is for personal, family, and estate-planning purposes. You may upload photos, documents, voice recordings, biographies, and letters that belong to you or that you are lawfully authorized to preserve.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes another party's rights, that depicts abuse of minors, that incites violence, or that is intended to harass, defame, or defraud any person.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to compromise platform security, resell access, scrape or bulk-export other families' data, or use the service to distribute malware or unsolicited communications.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or account termination with export of your lawful data where feasible. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
