1. Zero Sale of Personal Data
Aeterna Legacy does not sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal information, uploaded documents, biographies, or family tree structures. We never display third-party advertisements inside your Legacy Vault.
2. AI Training Boundary
Your conversational transcripts and uploaded photos are processed strictly to generate your personal biographies and tribute videos. We never use your private content to train public foundational AI models.
3. Data Ownership & Export
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of every asset stored in your vault. You may export or permanently erase your data at any time without restriction.
