Aeterna Legacy is committed to protecting our members' privacy while complying with valid legal process.

1. Valid Legal Process

We require valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or search warrant issued by a court of competent jurisdiction) before disclosing member data, other than in narrowly-defined emergency circumstances involving imminent risk to life.

2. Emergency Disclosure

Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent serious bodily harm or death, we may provide limited information to appropriate authorities.

3. Member Notice

Absent a legal prohibition, we will attempt to notify members of requests affecting their account so they may object or seek to quash.
